Take Me Back Thursday-St Barts

This Thursday I would love to go back to St. Barts for the weekend! The island is small in size but has plenty of beaches, shopping and dining. My all time favorite place to dine is Nikki Beach and my two favorite beaches are Saline and Governeur beach.  As for shopping, be sure sure to check out Gustavia.  Be sure the rent a jeep and drive the island, such a beautiful experience. Take Me Back Thursday!

Every Thursday I am going to post a picture from a place I have visited that I would love to go back to.  Today it is Copenhagen, Denmark is one of my favorite cities in the world for a number of reasons. Here they are:
*The sun never sets in the summer
*The weather is perfect
*You can bike the whole city
*The zoo is the biggest in Scandinavia and you can see everything in half a day plus they have a variety of unique animals
*Everyone speaks English
*Swedes loves sweets!
*Tivioli Gardens is the oldest theme park in the world with cafes, restaurants, rides and a concert hall
*The first two weeks of July there is a phenomenal jazz festival with free concerts all over the city
*The Marble Church is the largest dome in Scandinavia and 4th largest in Europe
*Amalienborg Palace consists of 4 palaces with a huge courtyard and the changing of the guard
*Nyhavn area is the oldest part of town (see picture) with a lively and unique history
*The people are friendly and blonde!

Killer Workout!

Recently I have hung up my long distance running shoes and have been exploring new workouts.  Last week I came across this workout and just loved it.  I was SO sore last week but I like the challenge of the workout!

To start I  have been doing 30 mins of cardio prior to the workout.  I am only a week in and I go through it 2 times.  I hope to get to 3x by the end of the week!

My brother tried this workout and bumped up the pushups and made it more manly and he is loving it too!

The Omphoy Hotel

Over the weekend I had the opportunity to indulge in the Omphoy Hotel.  It is by far one of the best hotels in Palm Beach.  As soon as I pulled into the hotel, I feel like I had arrived in Bali or some exotic South Pacific island.  The dark woods with airy interiors and touches of blues makes this hotel a real paradise!  Each room is perfectly appointed and the service is impeccable.  The Omphoy perfect resort for a small wedding, business meetings or a family reunion.

Woof Wednesday

Meet Hollie Berry!

MEET HOLLIE BERRY ~~~ She is a 9.5 lb. Yorkie/Min Pin mix (A very expensive hybrid) but whoever bought her forgot how much work a puppy is — consequently, when we got her, she had spent way too much time in a crate. She was NOT 100% potty trained when we got her, but she does have access to a doggie door and is doing quite well in her new foster home. She loves people – LOVES KIDS and LOVES other dogs — is afraid of cats and hates being left alone for long periods of time. She is a HOOT, full of personality and sass! For more info, Click HERE!
